Title: I need the advice of someone who knows about fitness

How long until after you eat a LIGHT meal should you go jogging? What about a heavy meal?

Light meal doesn't matter much. If you a little sandwich, or a bagel or something, you should be good immediately. If you eat something heavy, about 30 minutes to 2 hours is good. depending on how heavy the meal was. Just until it's done digesting, and you feel mobile.

I wouldn't think there would be a set limit for anything, just go when you feel like the food has had a chance to settle for a while.  I personally prefer to work out before eating though.

Food tastes so much more amazing after you work out for a long time.  Holy shit.  I get these intense cravings for meat after bike rides of 3+ hours.  It's crazy how amazing it tastes after so much work.

Working out in itself is a good appetite suppressor as well.

That's odd. Instead of being suppressed, my stomach becomes a bottomless pit after a lot of calorie burning.

I meant during the exercise.  Afterward, of course you get hungry
