after looking through these i am of the opinion that we need more random sculptures everywhere. i can just imagine walking about your daily business and seeing one of those - it would really jolt your mind for a few seconds.

on the other side of the coin, damien hirst can fuck off. he doesn't even create most his work now, he just conceptualizes it. and when the only concept he can come up with is controversy, he's pretty much written himself off as something far less than an artist. controversy does not equal art (it can be a good basis for it, but alone it stands as nothing more than pornography).
