If something similar to this (not necessarily anime, but something illustrated in a more cartoonish manner) was being done outside Japan, I'd actually think it was sort of neat. But that society has bizarre and often incredible problems with sex and perversion, which makes this just seem wrong somehow. Still, I'd have to reserve judgment without more knowledge. It is, at the very least, an interesting idea.
