Yeah, but depicting black people as chicken-crazed watermelon-eating jungle dwellers that throw spears is an insulting stereotype. It's used to be insulting and if you walked up to some black guy on the street and said "hey buddy, nice tan. Want some kfc and a nice slice of watermelon?" I laughed pretty hard which is a good litmus test to determine how delightfully racist something is, but to be fair I do make a ton of chicken and watermelon jokes so I'm probably more in tune with this kind of thing than most.
