Hell, yes to both.  I'm indifferent to stylistic stuff within reason.  A beautiful woman is a beautiful woman.  There's something to be said for a purely untouched girl, just pretty and unadorned, but there's something about a wild girl that does it for me too.

I think everything has a limit.  I don't mind tats as much (if they're good ones), but piercings and hair color can get overkill pretty quick, depending.  But it really depends on the chick and the arrangements.

Lots of cute girls in this thread. I'm with iPPi and Cobra on the no piercings / tattoos, but a few are fine depending on the location.

As for women: humor and confidence. Humor is the hard part until you get to know the girl. Chivalry is not dead, if it doesn't work the girl sucks.
