Wow, those might be some of the dumbest kids out there.  Who the fuck robs an internet cafe?  Beyond that, who the fuck tries to rob an establishment or group of people without at least pepper-spray?  You may be able to rob one person on the threat of unarmed physical violence (maybe), but when you're outnumbered?

But so is robbery and assault. The story was vague, but if they implied that they had a weapon it actually amounts to armed robbery, whether or not the weapon existed.  Or at least in the majority (all?) of North America.
