All I wanted to do was get some advice and talk about my new PS3, and they locked the topic and threatened to ban me because I wasn't stroking their sick egos enough.  Well, that's it!  I can't take it anymore.

They tell us they know what's best for us.  They tell us that we aren't capable of making our own decisions or taking our own moral directions.   They tell us that their rules and laws are just.  Well, where has that gotten us?  When was the last time you remember us all smiling?  When was the last time we all got together to play a game online?  They won't let us assemble, they won't let us speak our minds.

Let me ask you this;  are you a man or an animal?  Because men aren't meant to live in cages. IT IS TIME WE DRIVE THAT POINT HOME.

It doesn't matter. While it only took one power-crazy dog to lock it, the rest are just as guilty by way of their complaisance.  When you remove a cancer, you must remove every last cell or risk it's return in full force.  And make no mistake, my friends; the mods and administrators are a vile cancer to these forums.

BTW, I initially skimmed through your original post thinking you were talking about something naughty you did on the official PSN forums or something, and this was going to be some sort of organized OW spam assault or something.

I was wondering why that thread was locked.  It really surprised me.

I think it doesn't ask for confirmation when you lock a thread... so someone (incl. myself) may have hit "lock topic" by mistake.

No one noticed the lock symbol on the index next to the thread name?  That's what drew my attention.

It's not a big deal.  I just figured there was a reason the thread was locked.

I just tried it, it doesnt ask for confirmation. So if you switch windows and accidentally click the Lock Topic thing, it locks.

It was probably me.  When I view the page on my iPod, sometimes it's a little tricky to hit the right link from the menu system.  Though usually I hit merge topics by accident, not lock, and it does ask for confirmation.
