Working with dead people requires school. Medical training. Not something you just up and do.
But yeah, man, work isn't fun and even if you like what you do, it's still work. If it was purely pleasurable, they wouldn't pay you to do it. Try to minimize the damage and find something you can tolerate, but if you're holding out for some dream job I think you'll be sorely disappointed. That doesn't come easy for anyone, much less someone who hasn't worked for as long as you've been out of the loop. Which is why my advice is to just get whatever you can find, then spend most of your spare time hitting job boards online, waiting for something decent to come up. The economy is fucked, man. There are better, more qualified people out there who'll take almost anything. It sucks but it's the truth. Finding a job isn't as simple as it once was.
