Check this outA cool little game made for a Gameboy Jam, so its low res and only uses 4 colors (though not pea green like the original GB). It is a platformer with randomly generated layouts, but it is dark. You have a bow and some fire arrows to use as light sources. In the world you will find hanging lamps that you can light up by hitting them with an arrow as well as enemies to shoot. You have limited arrows and can pick up more so you have to be careful with your supply. Lighting a lamp or killing an enemy causes them to drop a coin. Collect coins (because its a game, duh) because when you do eventually die (spikes in the dark are bad) you will get a chance to spend them on upgrades. Its kind of like Rogue Legacy that way.
Pay what you want, but it is totally worth checking out.
