Scrubs is my favorite show on TV.  Hilarious.  I love Zach Braff.

You're finally getting to scrubs! It's easily my favourite comedy. I probably know most of the first 3 seasons off by heart at this point, yet continue to watch a few episodes a week without getting bored.

I love how the characters and how relatable they are. I know this girl who's a perfect mix between Elliot and Molly (she's not in season one). Apparently me and my friend are exactly like J.D. and Turk. Everybody knows a cocky, egotistic guy like Cox. and then Carla, basically the only normal one.

I dunno'.  I watched an episode once and was thoroughly unimpressed, especially after how many good things I'd been hearing.  Then I saw this other one that I just found rather crude and offensive instead of particularly funny.  I probably just missed the boat and haven't seen enough good episodes or whatever, but as of now... meh.

I wasn't overly impressed the first time I caught an episode myself. I heard Ren and company raving about the show and caught one on TV. It was funny, but nothing worth the hype. I guess it is one of those things where you have to watch a few eps to get into it.

I think it depends where you start. You can watch random episodes, but it's definitely better in order. Not vital, but it adds to it. The first 2 seasons are amazing, the third one is great but with some bad episodes, the 4th one is 50/50, the 5th one is supposedly quite good but I only watch shows on DVD so I haven't seen it.

But it doesn't seem like a show everyone would like, so it might just not be for you.

Seriously Pug, you need to trust my judgment in television shows already.

Here is your checklist:

-First two seasons of Scrubs
-All 3 of Desperate Housewives (this is seriously the best show ever, and has some of the best writing I've seen in a tv show. As long as you give it a decent chance and don't write it off as a chick thing, you'll probably like it)
-First season of Lost and 24, which I know you've seen
-Heroes - pretty good so far though the first few weren't that good.

After this I will probably start on Farscape or Battlestar Galactica... but yes your taste is quite agreeable.

God I love this show. Easily the best comedy on tv. This and Arrested Development make for the best prime time comedies in decades.

My favorite part is the whole thing between J.D and The Janitor. Gold.

Don't knock it until you've seen a bunch of episodes. 1-2 episodes and you pass judgement? What the heck, everyone?

Suck it, Pugnate.

Scrubs does have some meh episodes and I think it takes a good 4-5 episodes to get a feel for what the show is about... there are a lot of inside jokes.

Good show. Funny, but serious at times, which is o.k. I got into it because my roommate watches it, and I slowly started to like it. Definitely something you have to see more than once, though.
