Seems legit. Got featured on Mozillas addon page. Does more or less the same thing as the Ghostery addon that I've been running for a while. I read a comparison between them, seems like you can pick one or the other. Though DNT+ seems to block the trackers by default, Ghostery can be set to do that too but its not the default behavior.

AVG has a Do Not Track that integrates right into the browser as well.
