Yea all those complaints are valid, but there is a certain point where movies like this are free from those very criticisms. This is what the movie is and the only real discussion you can have is stuff like how the characters are written and portrayed from their comic book origins. It's a big dumb spectacle and as far as those go, these movies are the best it has gotten. I'm mostly thankful that Michael Bay has been dethroned, those Transformer movies were god awful.
I will say my biggest complaint about the Marvel stuff is something that DC is addressing. How super heroes affect the populace as a whole instead of just completely ignoring the fact that cities are being leveled and everyone just looks like dumb super hero cheerleaders. I'm glad DC is looking at it from another angle even if they don't succeed at it.
