- GTA Trilogy: Definitive Edition has been announced by Rockstar.
- This includes Remasters of Grand Theft Auto 3, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City & Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
- This is coming to PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, XBox Series S, XBox Series X & the Nintendo Switch this year (2021).
- Expect visual improvements & modern gameplay niceties, "while still maintaining the classic look and feel of the originals."
- Old versions of GTA3, VC, and SA will start getting pulled from digital stores next week on 10/11/2021.
- You can still download and play the old versions of those, if you already own them.

Looks alright. Some decent improvements with the lighting and reflections. Still going to be hard to go back and play them, probably didn't age all that gracefully.

One of the more interesting things here for GTA Trilogy Remastered here: this will have GTA5's modern controls.

Huh, thats cool at least. Guess we'll see how much of a difference that makes.

GTA Trilogy DE is a mess; check reviews and Internet on this.

If this all actually be fixed, that's when you might want to actually buy it.

On the Switch, it's a total mess and runs & looks worse than all of the others.

On PC last week on its release - it requires Rockstar Launcher and its servers to boot-up, so the demand by players broke the game, the servers, and the launcher. Broke the launcher so much, GTA5 PC/GTA Online PC and RDR2 and ANY other Rockstar Launcher-required PC version did NOT work for a few days.

The game had Hot Coffee, Source Code, and unlicensed songs still in there - so PC version got pulled for a few days, so they could remove this stuff & fix this mess.
