At a hair salon? I get my haircut at a nice place here and at the end of it all, the chick leans in and whispers,"Would you like a facial treatment?"

I always say no, but am just wondering.

Also no Keebler, not the kind of facial you are used to.

Anyway, yeah I've had a facial at a salon here. It's pretty cool. Good way to prepare for an occasion. Got a good professional shave, followed by a total facial skin care procedure. The mask is the weird part I guess, but whatever keeps my face from becoming a replica of Edward James Olmos' face.

I have to do a bit of PR work, so it's part of my job to maintain a certain standard of appearance. In this case the occasional facial care is necessary. Of all my friends I thought I'd be the last one to ever get anything like this done.. I'm not a big fan of pampering and spas etc. But you gotta do what you gotta do.

Anyway, in terms of options it depends what you need and for what occasion. For example if it's your wedding, you may as well go for the works, take the full treatment. If you're just welcoming company guests and clients then the basic scrub should do. Most importantly, you'll need to keep your facial hair in check.. So, no whiskers..

Just use a light soap and medium grit sandpaper. You'll look good as new.

A month or so ago I went straight to work after staying at this girl's house. Somehow the guys I worked with smelled that I used girl shampoo that morning, and no excuse was acceptable.

I think I'd get shanked if I got a facial and they found out. Carpenters don't stand for that kind of thing.

I've never had a facial. I've used masks a little at home. But I'm too lazy for anything like that on a regular basis. I've always been complimented on having such nice skin and asked what treatments I've done - nothing, don't put anything unnecessary with all those chemicals. I wash my face, and soap it. I'm starting to use moisturizer every day though. I guess I'm just lucky to not have bad genes.. never had to deal with acne. Having a couple pimples at the same time freaks me out.

I've gone to spas and all that... just always go for a massage, sauna and jacuzzi.

Pug, if you need one, go for the vitamin C one. Make sure the stuff they use is natural stuff. No botox please.
