Seriously, he can't be real. The games industry is pulling an elaborate trick on us, because its just too entertaining to be involved in law proceedings.

Here is proof.

The dude submitted hardcore gay porn to the court, which now makes it a matter of public record for anyone to see. Yes, that includes kids! Hooray! (of course kids probably don't troll court documents for porn when they all have the internet...)

This of course pissed off the judge. The same judge involved in the case of whether the Florida Bar can take away his license to practice law. Survey says...DENIED!
