I read about this a couple of days back. Apparently he is being sued for all the damage.

yeah, he's getting interviewed left right and centre though, and has got to be some kind of celebrity amongst his peers now. shouldn't be too hard for him to use this infamy to recoup expenses.

Good thing I'm not an aussie cop.  I'd have shot every last fucking one of them.  I hate punks, and if they're punks under 20, I hate them even more.

This was on PoeTV. Kid gives an awesome interview, complete with Elton John sunglasses. Meanwhile, reporter is SHOCKED AND APPALLED that he isn't sorry about throwing an internationally famous party.

Nothing against fun.  Everything against fucking up other people's shit.  You want to have fun, fine, but as soon as it effects me in a way I don't appreciate, expect to have a brick pushed through your face.  You know?  Jacking a neighborhood qualifies.

I was very impressed with his line at the end of the interview.  Apart from the fact that he's Australian I'd say that guy is pretty awesome.

If you watch the video, he does the entire interview shirtless. What a douche.

The party sounds fun but I side with Que and Pug as far as the damage. I've been drunk at many parties where the cops were called but never felt compelled to cause $20,000 worth of damage.

That's why he's so awesome.

I wish more people would give interviews like that.

Well, maybe not old people.

...

No, wait: ESPECIALLY old people.

He's a cocky teenager who needs a good whipping.

I just realized something. The only point in my life when I'd rather have to look at a shirtless man than a shirtless woman is if they are really really old.  :o

I certainly think he's less awesome then originally.  I thought he just didn't give a fuck, but it looks like he's kind of in it for attention, which is substantially less cool.  I do have to say that I applaud the game he played though.  I'd love to have people all over the world irrationally hate me because I didn't bow down to some reporter's demands that I apologize instead of covering whatever fucked up shit is going on in some country in Africa right now.

That said,

Quote
Detectives have interviewed two 16-year-old youths over incidents on the weekend. One male has been charged with producing child pornography and creating a public nuisance," a police statement, released tonight, read.

I might be putting my foot in my mouth because I don't know the full situation, but I'm willing to bet this is something fucking retarded.

Presumably a couple of 16-year-olds were gettin' it on and someone filmed them. I don't think we're talking "child" child here, just horny teens who are dumb.

He's probably getting paid for the interviews.

He might owe as much as $20,000 in fines. I'd be a media whore too.
