Ok so I found this neat site that creates a mini city.  Its not a game so thats why I'm posting it here.  Basically just click the link below and it adds more population to my city.  You can only add one population a day per IP address.

I hope your mini city already has some women in it. Last time I checked the ratio of men to women wasn't very good here.
