Topic: dvd rom issue

Was wondering if your dvd rom is on the fritz and you don't have the money to buy one.  Can you download WotLK from the official blizzard site?

There's a thing that says "Direct Online Upgrade" at this page.  If you're wondering whether or not you can re-downloaded after already purchasing a copy... I'm guessing yes since they did that thing where if you registered your games you could download them again and stuff.  I'm at the page right now, and I'll bet if you add your key for WotLK you can just download it again.

Yeah i was thinking that to.  Reason is is I bought my gf the exp because that's what she wanted for xmas.  The problem was is her dvd rom is busted.

I believe all Blizzard cares is if the expansion is added to your account. The game will update itself with everything.

Classic, Burning Crusade, and Wrath of the Lich King can all be downloaded directly from www.worldofwarcraft.com

You just need a key to register the account.
