Seriously, what a dick! That guy pisses me off, and is a typical example of this new gen of consumers.
He is also the product of a flawed customer service system that we have adopted during the past twenty years. "The customer is always right" has resulted in these assholes taking advantage of the system, with only larger companies able to satisfy this minority of consumers, who are better defined as "users". The little guy, and the little companies are unable to compete, purely because they don't have the resources to satisfy every spoiled creep, looking to take advantage and gain some free products/services. I guess I am ranting here a bit because I run a small business, and run into customers every month that are trying to extort something free out of me, simply because they are used to the bigger companies letting them.
The fact that this guy has the audacity to complain after getting a scathing response, makes me laugh. It is like the spoiled brat, who is used to bossing his servant around, and starts howling when the servant grows a pair and kicks him in the family jewels.
