Topic: YKK - Check your pants... you might be surprised.

Well... you learn something new every day.  I had no idea.  But I checked my pants, and sure enough, there it was... YKK.

Yeah, I noticed the YKK-on-every-zipper thing years ago.  Like seriously 20 or so years.  I know I was a kid.

I used to always wonder if Ya Kid K of Technotronic/"Pump Up the Jam" fame based her name on the YKK zipper.

You know what I hate? Zippers that aren't easy to pull down. Some just have a lot of friction when you pull them down. Surely our zipper technology has evolved to the point that we shouldn't be bothered by this.

I don't have many of those, but I have several pairs of dress pants that have those little tiny zippers that get stuck in the bottom of the flap.  I hate that.

I hate that too.  Beyond that, though, I'd have to say most of my zippers seem pretty spot-on.

It's more of a problem with dress pants, I've noticed.

This was a question on 'Who wants to be a Millionaire?' a long time ago and I became aware of it then... probably about 10 years now.

I actually have a lot of clothes with zippers that aren't labeled with YKK though.
