Nickelback and Avril Lavigne were the musical entertainment for the closing ceremonies.

I fully expect the IOC to strip Canada of all its medals and ban them from hosting ever again.

And when Alanis Morrissette came out, sounding great and looking even better, NBC cut away for 2 interviews they could have shown at any time.  So add NBC to the bans, please.

edit - i swear, regarding idol's link, this is not the first news article about olympians and condom shortages. there was something about this in the summer games too. i guess when you've got the world's fittest people together in one city, things are bound to happen.

I don't know what was up with that, but there was condoms everywhere on the street by the Village at least two nights.  Like, in the wrappers, getting stomped into the ground.  I kind of think it was less wild fucking and more someone robbing the condom truck.
