The Saudi Arabian government is not a muslim government by any definition. They claim to be muslim but they go against Islamic teachings and tenets in so many ways. They're basically in power to keep that part of the world as backwards as possible.
While I can't stand TV psychics and bullshitters in general, I disdain tyrannical governments even more.
I agree with Pug; most Middle-Eastern governments abuse their people and don't even officially recognize human rights. As people, we make due with what we have and we're grateful for it. That's about as good as it gets unless you strike rich and mingle with the corrupt officials.
