It's a Shure SM7B; popular with voiceover artists and rapers. Good mic control by the guy as well, it's pretty challenging to move a mic around like that without introducing handling noise, not to mention keep it at the right distance so the voice level stays relatively the same. Again, I wouldn't be surprised if his performance went through a bit of post work to clean all that stuff.
