The holy month of Ramadan has just begun and we're off to another couple of fortnights of fasting, discipline, reverence, and empathy.

I don't get this joke Do you meet a lot of Muslims who refer to non-Muslims that way? I have never met anyone who refers to non-muslims that way, except for the really illiterate class.
