Malala: A girl destined for great things.
« on: Friday, July 12, 2013, 01:38:16 PM »
She became a symbol for education in Pakistan after standing up to the Taliban. She was only 15. She was targeted by the Taliban and shot in the head.

There is no way in hell she should have survived. They say there is an almost no chance in the history of gunshots to the head.

She made it.

Now she gave a rousing speech in the United Nations. Please watch it. You owe it yourself. This could be the next great person of our generation.

I cried several times during the speech:

I saw it earlier. Great stuff. :)

Though I have to say, her voice is a bit annoying. :P
