I dunno', I think it looks awesome.  Some folks are saying otherwise, and I'm not a die-hard Transformers guy by any stretch of the imagination so maybe I can't say, but I'll be damned if it doesn't look like fun.

You know, there's something in there that I never really felt with any Transformers stuff that I've seen before (admittedly, not much). A sense of scale. Suddenly it went from transforming robots to giant robot stuff that has a lot of detail. You can probably guess that gets me excited.

Yea absolutely. That looked hotter than... well.. it just looked really sexy all round. I love what they've done with it and the direction they chose. It reminds me in a way of some of the better moments from War of the Worlds.

Damn, its making me excited. I mean, Transformers was an 80s cartoon with a generic plot that made an excuse to pit robots to fight each other. If it was to be more like what the fans wanted it would be a cheesy ass movie for 8 year olds. I mean those geeks can just go watch the cartoon movie that was made. This movie is pretty much what Im wanting it to be, robots fighting each other on a grand scale with awesome special effects, theres no great tale to be told or grand plot twist because there isnt one to work with that doesnt sound childish, its gonna be an action movie pure and simple.

Zudeo has the trailer in glorious 720p, a format you will never be allowed to see without shelling out what is currently well over a thousand dollars for an HDCP-compatible system. (Damn, it's like I can hear them failing all the way from here.)

No. Why? Because they murdered my toys, and replaced them with that bastard Rodimus.

You can go to the official site and see the trailer now for a more decent looking one. Plus Optimus says something at the end which makes it cooler. Also it says that Yahoo as HD available for it.
