Ever since we all went to Barney's in CA, I couldnt get the guacamole burger out of my head. So today I flipped through a big cookbook my brother got me for christmas and found these spicy burgers with avocado salsa. I went to the store got everything I needed and put my non-existent cooking skills to the test. Aside from keeping the burgers more flat and round like they came out amazing. I seasoned them with chili pepper, cumin, and coriander and the avocado salsa on top is tomato, corn, and chopped avocado with lemon juice and I threw in some sour cream to help keep it sticking on the burger. How does it taste? Best damn burger I ever ate.
The grease means its extra good.
