My arms hurt from typing, playing my guitar, and holding a PS2 controller for basically all day today.  Seriously, I've overused them.  Hurts more than it should, especially after my late-evening shred-fest which was a decidedly bad idea.

Pounding stakes? Is that what you call masturbation these days.

Did you make a word problem to figure out how much fence you would need? I swear, my math from 2nd to 6th grade was entirely word problems about building fences.

Hmm, my arms are aching from push-ups. After my surgeries I've slacked off big time.. My push-up count dropped from 50 to 10.. Right now I'm up to 25. Still working my way back up to my standard 50!

Pushups are awesome.  There's no better way to start your morning than trying to see how many pushups you can muster in your sleepy state.  I'm up to 65.

I can barely muster the energy to haul myself out of bed in the morning, let alone do push-ups as well.

Hehe push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups, and pull-ups are my main work-outs. I don't know why but I can't excercise at a gym. As soon as I enter I'm overcome with an aura of lethargy mixed with a suffocating sense of self-satisfaction lingering about in the air.

If it weren't for the natural excercices (push-ups etc.) I'd be obese!

Word.  I can't do them in the morning either.  I do them at work, on the staircase on the way back down to the basement from the upstairs.  I do about 19 before I crap out and can't physically do anymore.  Then I use the railing to do sort of behind-the-back pushups from a semi-standing position.  The only thing that keeps me awake during the day.  I really don't do it enough, though.  I should be doing that like at least 4 times a day, I generally do it once, maybe twice on a good day.

I do push-ups as often as possible... just not in the morning.

I average about 55 max when I'm only doing enough to maintain - which is probably 1-2x/ week.  I was really focusing on them a while back, my personal record was 74.  I do sit-ups as well at home, but thats about it for home exercising.

I recently started to use 2 rolled up t-shirts with about a 4' diameter to use as a check to make sure I go down far enough each time.  It has dropped my total to about 51 or so, so I'm trying to work back up from there.
