Doesn't bother me any. A few times I brought PCs to my old youth group back when I actually went to church (it gets rarer and rarer since Julia and I split from the last place we used to go to) and we actually did original Quake DM. It was awesome. It wasn't a big thing to draw anyone in, it was just a couple of us that thought it would be fun. The people who ran the thing were cool, and nobody protested. A lot of the kids there played games (that's really where I turned hardcore in gaming after a youth minister loaned me Secret of Mana for SNES, which is one of my favorite games of all time), and families didn't seem to have much problem differentiating hardcore violence or things that set out to be raunchy and disturbing with stuff that was just meant to be fun. Heh, and I was Street Fighter 2 champion at the church youth tournament 2 years in a row (it was just a bunch of us crowding into the youth pastor's tiny apartment). The first year I kicked so much ass with Chun Li they wouldn't let me use her again and so I had to win as Ken.
