Yeah, they were pretty irrational. He handled it pretty well. But other than him and the one panelist, who made a funny comment, everyone handled it badly. Security let them yell for too long, and the other panelists sat there like fucking rocks.

90% of the reason it's funny is because 9/11 truthers hate Bill Maher.  Or that's the impression I get.  It seems like they all expect him to be their mainstream champion, but he makes fun of them all the time. I'm sure they think he's been bought off.

I'm not against "finding the truth behind 9/11" or whatever, but I'm with Bill Maher on dealing with rude people in general.
