This is episode 4 from the first season. Currently IGN/Gamespy/Fileplanet have exclusivity on it, but tomorrow it should be available everywhere.

This should tide me over until I can buy the full season.

Nope, nothing like that. Theres a little launcher thing that tells you about the other episodes and has links to their forums and stuff, but I think thats a standard thing and not just included in the free release.

Very entertaining, I'm going to have to pick up the full season.

I sort of want to do this, but my intention is to play the whole series sooner than later, so I'll probably just wait so I can play through them in order.

Strange that they do Ep4 as the freebie. You'd think they would just start at the beginning.

Supposedly Episode 4 was the most liked episode. Since they released it to promote season 2, I guess it was a matter of putting your best foot forward.

Funny stuff.  It's the same humor I remember from the original game.  Nice 3D look, and it actually runs well on my system.  I'm stuck now, as usual in point-and-click adventures.
