MOAR!Stupid Filter is building a system that aims to filter out stupid. You can read a bit about it
here. Its actually kind of interesting. For example, irony and stupidity appear very similar to a computer so they are working out ways to not block it. Plus the always hilarious intentional misspellings to make a joke.
Anyway, on the site you can sign up to help. You read random comments from youtube and rate them on a 1-5 scale on how stupid they are. The sign up form asks several grammar questions and even has a written portion to filter out the stupid from applying and messing up the results.
So yeah...random stupid comments.
