Those doll face people creep me the fuck out, I went to anime convention in Dallas once and there was a girl like that taking pictures with people and a huge line of creepy people waiting for a picture.  Anime conventions attract the weirdest fucking people and I've been to several sci-fi conventions.

I'm not so sure about this.  Right above that tidbit in the comments section, someone is offering $1 million US to whoever can explain that in a way that is not creepy or disturbing.  The burn-victim & wheelchair story is a good attempt at the cash, maybe?
