winter snacks

okay... i had to go with a friend to the supermarket.. so i got myself some snacks:


with this kind of chilies
chili with peanuts and sesame seeds and a powdered chili.. it's real good and makes the stomach all warm.  don't let it touch the lips though.

flat bread with spring onions

and some milk tea...

Yum!

My favourite Winter snack has got to be freshly baked/grilled chestnuts!

I always loved the feeling of the hot fire/oven. Hearing the chestnuts crackle and pop and appreciating how cold the snow is outside always gives me a warm feeling.

I made some spinich and artichoke dip the other day that was pretty good.

grilled chestnuts cooked with pebbles is the bestest.  i end up eating too much of it though.

i also like sweet potato chips.
