Dragon War is apparently the highest-budgeted film in the history of Good Korea.

We're watching it as I type this. Progress is slow, because the movie is so retarded and cliché that we've had to stop it repeatedly and laugh.

We've been watching for about a half hour now. We're five minutes into the movie. There's a journalist, and a government coverup, and a little boy finding a magic relic in an antique shop (similar to the Neverending Story, but far more juvenile).

Yeah, as anticipated that movie sucked. My brother really wanted to watch it for some odd reason, so despite my mockery of how cheap and cheesy it looked we still watched it. It's a kids' movie, kids around 5 yrs old or so.

In all fairness, people in the U.S. aren't much better. I was watching Mission Impossible 2 on television the other day and it was laughably bad. Apparently it grossed over $215 million and had a massive budget.

That was one of the worst movies ever (MI2).  I didn't see the third because of that one, despite liking the first a good bit when it came out and all the good things everyone said about the third.
