You know you're supposed to ventilate a little when you're painting and gluing.

Was there supposed to be a picture to go with this lunacy?

He's right, the reference is better.  It's Azumanga Daioh.

No!  Just no.  I will not tolerate any anime and/or any Wapanese inside jokes on these boards.  I had enough of that shit when I went over to a Persona 3 board at gamefaqs to find out how to beat a boss.  I seriously will fully flip out.

Yes, Korean. But still fits into the realm of "Annoying things asian nerds type on the internet."

So... is this supposed to be funny because of how completely fucking random and off the wall it is?

Im finding it more disturbing than funny.

There are two animes that for some odd reason I could get into.. They just turn me off for some reason.. One is Azumanga Daioh.. The other is FLCL (furi-kuri).

I don't get them. I don't know why but they just don't do it for me.

It would creep me out a good bit if you were into that actually... or anyone for that matter.

Then I creep you out. I really enjoyed FLCL.

A large part of Azumanga is the randomness and a lot of it does borderline creepy. It's a hair away from complete insanity at times (and I loved it for that). Still, the real heart of the show is the characters and their personalities (and I totally loved it for them). I think that clip I put up stands on it's own, but if you know who that character is and what she's like, it's one of the funniest things you'll ever see. Of course, I didn't realize that until I thought about it again.

Yeah, FLCL and Azumanga Daioh are two animes I have watched numerous times, so I must REALLY creep you out.  I've watched both at least 6 or 7 times now.  They are in my top 10 for sure.  I own the Azumanga Daioh mangas too.

I loved the hell out of FLCL.  I have the manga, but I still haven't gotten around to buying the anime.  I like Azumanga too, but I really haven't sat down with it yet.  One of those things I'd like to do, but who has the time?  I should probably just buy a box set.
