evicition + stuff
« on: Thursday, October 23, 2008, 06:40:59 AM »
it's been a while since i've given an update on my situation and the boards are slow, so yeah...

well first off i'm being evicted from my current residence on the 29th of this month and i haven't got another place sorted out yet. i'm hopefully moving into a place with a couple of friends, but as usual, the paper work is a nightmare - and very unlikely to happen before i am homeless! i'll probably end up staying at my brothers for a bit, which is cool - he's got a pool table, so it's not a complete loss.

as for my current housemate, he's now been charged with multiple accounts of possessing indecent images and is awaiting a court date. it's going to crown court, which means he's almost certainly going to prison if he doesn't kill himself first. he's a complete idiot and i obviously have strong feelings about what he's done and how it's affected everyone around him - but i can't quite bring myself to hate the guy over it. i've known him for ten years and the overwhelming emotion is one of pity.

because of recent events, my soon to be ex-housemate's brother was staying round for a while. that was cool, he always had pot and tidied up the place once in a while - so yeah, no real worries there. one night he brought back one of his mates who'd just got out of prison and needed a place to kip for the night. i don't like to judge people based on one mistake and he seemed like a really nice guy, so i thought fuck it and said okay. that was fine, the problem was that he didn't leave. he stayed another night and then another. by this time it became apparent that he was dealing heroin to all the homeless types that live in my city. again, i thought, "fuck it", went up to london for three days and just hoped he'd be out by the time i got back. needless to say that he wasn't. throwing an ex-con heroin dealer out of my house is something i never thought i'd have to do. it didn't go well, words were said, i left the house and told my flatmate and his brother to sort it out. he now wants to kill me, and given his track record - i wouldn't class it as a completely idle threat.

since then, my best mates younger brother has been sleeping on our floor while he gets enough money together for a deposit on his own place. he's a bit of a junkie and him and my housemate have been doing quite a bit of heroin and other stuffs. a month or so ago, i got tempted and in the name of science i gave it a go. i don't know what the fuss is, it's really not that great and although it's on constant offer i haven't tried it since. i have been doing too much coke, mdma and pills though - just because it's always there. i think i'm at the stage now where i've had enough of that lifestyle - once i get out of here i really hope i can hammer the final nail in the coffin of this section of my life.

what else... oh yeah, got into a bit of a love triangle with my on again off again ex and one of her best mates. first time i've had girls bitch about each other and break down in tears over me. it feels soooooo good. also, i now know about the intricacies of fisting.

so yeah, i think that's it. still haven't got my stuff back from the police and am still not speaking to my dad. i'm just hoping the application for my new house goes through and that i can get a job soon!

anyway, feels good to get that all off my chest.

I was with you until the fisting.

But yeah, that's a pretty rapid-fire chain of events there.  I hope you manage to get away from all that shit, too.  I can imagine it being a bit of a weight, especially when you've got a bunch of crazy people adding to your usual troubles.  Best of luck, mate.

That sucks, but pool is fun!  Is the rent free while you stay there?

So, do you know the full story here and are you willing to share it?  Like, how bad was he into questionable porn.  What are we talking about...16 year olds, 9 year olds?

Now, I'm one of those people who doesn't really give a shit about kiddy porn.  I mean, yeah, it's bad and you're a fucking freak if you're into it, but prosecution is a little far in my mind.  Blah blah blah, harm theory, blah blah blah.  Whatever.

What'd he go to prison for?  If it's kiddy porn that'd be whacked.

Did you inject it?  A silly story and little known fact about me is that in grade 12 I did meth once..at work...before the hype.  It was kind of gay, but it certainly was educational about how stupid you have to be to get addicted to that.

High five mother fucker.  I've been there (sort of)!

:(  We're different.  I just feel bad in retrospect.  Penises get us into trouble huh?  But getting high fives from friends at bars are awesome!

i lol'd.

now to answer your questions, however rhetorical...

yeah, rent would be free at my brother's, but he's a proper family man with two kids, so there's no way i could go out and have fun while staying there. if i didn't come back at a reasonable hour, i wouldn't be allowed in.

as for my housemate, i'm not sure how in to it he was, ages, etc, but he got charged for 23 images.

the other guy went to prison for violent offences. i didn't pry too far.

no i didn't inject, i smoked it off of foil. it's very relaxing, but i'd rather have a joint and laugh my ass off at shit tv. total dick move, but i can't say that i really regret it all that much.

as for the fisting, don't knock it until you've tried it! i only did it because the girl in question was completely submissive and would let me do whatever i wanted, so i just thought i'd get a few things out of the way on my sexual checklist.

Maybe that's the difference then.  It's not anywhere near my checklist.

...ohhh why did I click on that spoiler tag? My eyes are bleeding.

Good luck with getting a place to stay. Is the problem that you can't find a reasonable place to stay or that you want to stay with people you know?

I think the spoiler tag is far too innocent looking.

Well, that one certainly is.  Either way, well done Beo, well done.  Just remember:  One day that will be somebody's mother.

well both, sort of. two of my best friends both want a place and so do i. the problem is finding a place close enough to transport links, with three double bedrooms that we can all afford. it shouldn't be too much of an issue, but the fact that my credit is terrible and i'm out of work isn't helping. i'm probably going to have to take some shitty retail job (again), just so that i look like a vaguely reasonable potential tenant. for the moment i'm going to move all my stuff into my brothers basement and attic, then probably fuck off to a friends in london for a while. i used to hate the city, but recently i've been warming to the place.

Just remember:  One day that will be somebody's mother.

it's thoughts like this that keep me warm at night.

He's just loosening things up down there, giving birth should be no problem. She should be thanking him.

well on saturday night i got so drunk i can not remember anything after playing halo round a mates house. apparently we went into town, had some more to drink and while walking to the next pub i fell over and faceplanted the ground. the police saw me, told me i wasn't going to be allowed into any more pubs, at which point i faceplanted the floor again, and then ran off. i bumped into another friend who tried to stop me getting into several fights, somewhat unsuccessfully and eventually managed to get me home. i don't remember any of this - so my friends might of just pinned me down, beaten and raped me. all i know is that i woke up in a surprising amount of pain with a completely knackered knee, blood all over my shirt and jeans, a black eye, fat lip, scrapes all down my face and a broken thumb. also i lost my glasses.

got my hand in a cast now, which is pretty badass because they let me choose what colour i wanted - i went for black. only problem is i have to wait five days to get my new specs and i can't play console games due the lack of a working right thumb. on the upside, my halloween outfit this year should be very easy.

classy enough?

You do have someone designated to come on here and tell us where your funeral is being held when you die, right?

Sucks about your hand, though.  If the cast is strong enough, you might still be able to get into some fights and use it as a club.

Get one of those mail order rape kits.  This whole thing seems suspicious.
