Yeah, I've held off this long because I really haven't been playing enough in order to make the investment in any actual console hardware...especially when it would require a new television when I don't even really watch tv.  I am, however, still human and I know I'll cave eventually.

Word on the street is that this video is at least a year old and something they've shown in private conferences at least a few times.  Speculation is that it was 'leaked' now because something even more awesome is hitting at e3.

I don't quite get the amoutn of excitement over this footage. It looks ok, not bad, but no jizz my pants amazing. It's a big rat/bird with a kid riding it. ok. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge SotC fan and I can't wait to see more of this game, but I think my excitement is more from my memory of SotC than anything else.

I did and loved them both.  I played throught SoC again just in the last year and tried to play Ico just this week but got Sony's infamous "Disc read error".

Anyway, yeah, I can't get myself interested in this game because it is just not going to happen and I don't want to be bummed about it.

I think by the time I played SotC the Xbox 360 was out, maybe the PS3 also. I didn't have a PS2 when it came out. Years later I borrowed my brother's PS2 and played the game through in like 2-3 sittings. I couldn't put it down.
