It seems like something that would be funny for about 20 minutes.

Well that vid they were just goofing around with it. The gameplay is a series of puzzles, so you need to use whatever you can to solve them. The last thing I read, though, was you can't use the same thing twice. So you use a ladder in one level and you now need to get up someplace in another you're going to need to think of something else.

If you watched King of Kong, Billy Mitchell came off as being an ass. On the DVD extras he defends himself, saying stuff was out of context and such.

No...hes an asshole.

I watched King of Kong -- but yeah, if Billy was as good as he supposed to be, he'd take on Steve head-to-head.

Or he would've broke Steve's record not by sending in a questionable video tape of him breaking the record, he would've done it w/ Twin Galaxies around -- and a crowd of people.

Or done it at FunSpot.

I've been following Scribblenauts for quite some time now, everyone was skeptical about if they could pull off the premise of the game. After seeing this video, people are becoming believers, I've watched it six times already.

That is awesome, I had heard about that game but never saw any videos, I will have to consider getting it.  Have you or anyone else here played that company's other game, Drawn to Life?  It looked interesting too.

I don't think it quite works that way, I believe you have to beat each puzzle three times (or have to to fully beat the game) and each time you redo the puzzle you can't repeat the items you used. However, I think you can use them in later levels.

I've played Drawn to Life, it was an average game at best.

It looks kinda cool. The first was a pretty fun game, though, so that doesn't surprise me. But yeah, weird game to take game of show. Slim pickins this year.

Uncharted 2 does look cool...but it definitely would NOT be my pick for Best Game of E3.
For my best game of E3, I dunno...lot of great stuff shown. Would have to think on that.

Some Project Natal rumors floating around.

We will eventually see Project Natal coming to the 360, as expected.

And, possibly there might be a new XBox with a new name (X-Box Natal, maybe?) coming out w/ some newer hardware -- which will come with built-in Natal support.

I think it'll be even more exciting, once it's in its later stages -- when designers learn the tech and have taken some time to get used to it, so later on they really take it to higher and more complex levels.
