Some notables, if you ask me:
Uncharted 2 took their GOTY - and a few more awards.
DAO took away Best PC Game and Best RPG.
Rocksteady took Best Studio (for Batman:AA).
Modern Warfare 2 took Best MP Game and Best Shooter.

Was Borderlands nominated for 360 game of the year? I wouldn't think so, since it's a cross platform game. Left 4 Dead 2 is console exclusive to the 360.



I watched it, sort of live. (Tivo'd it, and had it paused for about 2 hours before I could finish watching) Too much Snoop Dog and bad transition music. There was a weird mix of celebrities and nerdy game devs with zero public speaking skills. I'm shocked that DJ Hero won best soundtrack over Brutal Legend. Is metal dead? And Hugh Jackman as Wolverine for best human male actor...
