OK I sold a cowhide that I was supposed to ship. The shipping agency's rider came to pick up the shipment on his bike (people are poor here, and motorbikes cost $200-$300)... anyway he had an accident (motorbike accidents here are very common)...
Anyway long story short, some of my packages were damaged.
I offered all the buyers full refunds or replacements, and they were all very understanding and took the replacement.
Now there is one female buyer who says she wants the refund (which is fair), but first she wants to see pics of the cowhide to see if it is really damaged or not... or if I am making a story... wtf? If I were making a story why would I offer a replacement which was far more valuable than her initial purchase?
Problem is I disposed of the damaged goods a few days ago. I sent them back to the factory where my uncle will salvage what he can for other products. I contacted him and he told me the hide is gone.
So ummm... is it possible for someone to photoshop it to make it look like it were in an accident? I just need a few Tyre marks and a tear or two (like a hole or something)... I don't think I have the skill.
