He always sounds like that and his real normal voice is pretty close to that, he doesn't ever try to sound like a black comedian, he was just wanting to rant about a game, he does that at a lot of his shows.  He's a nerdcore rapper, a genre that pokes fun at rap while at the same time rapping about things that are interesting to gamers and nerds of all kinds (video games, tabletop games, computers, etc, etc).  Please, please don't lump him into the category of a white guy trying to sound black, especially Chris Rock.

Anyway I tried watching one of his raps. I think it was called 'geek' on youtube. That had to be the lamest thing I've ever seen or heard. The funniest thing was that grown men were enjoying the song... jeebus.
