what happened in it? It's a kid getting banned or something from xbox live.

Not sure. Someone said they were turning on their "mod", but all I saw was someone getting a nuke (requires a 25 kill streak, kills everyone in the game, and gives your team the win) and a lot of shit talking. I think the guy who got the nuke was doing the shit talking, then someone else was threatening to ban his xbox system (maybe he works for MS, or just was talking his own brand of shit).

It's also very possible that the nuke was from boosting, which they usually are. (you get a friend to join your game on the opposite team and they let you kill them 25 times at a far corner of the map so you can get your nuke)

guy who got banned is a well known "glitcher", or whatever. xbox live mod caught him doing it and banned him.

Okay, after spending the last 10 min looking at this (I want my life back), I think I have it figured out.  The video you linked to is a response to the video posted by "Lupo" claiming he was unjustly banned.  The purpose of the response being to show how Lupo edited the audio in his video to make it look like "The Pro" was unprovoked in the banning. 

All in all, it's just someone crying over getting banned and looking for retribution, but fucking it up because they're dump.  I did like this, from the sidebar on the original video by Lupo:

Legal action is being taken against "the pro" since he has violated an agreement you virtually sign over the internet the ToS and Code of Conduct .... And if Microsoft tries to flag this video for harassment of an xbox employee i will seek further action this is freedom of speech and open video to my understanding i never heard of a law were you cant openly record video.

He sounds way too old to be that dumb.
