A new snipering game! If you enjoyed Sniper Elite this may very well be right up your alley.

This looks like it could be good.  We'll have to see.  It's a little lacking in realism though since the weapon that was used in the trailer isn't even a sniper rifle and the snipers didn't even go prone at all. 

I was kind of hoping something along the lines of the Modern Warfare sniper mission.

Oh yeah, it looks more like the "Action Sniper" kind of game.

It reminded me of Sniper Elite which was a little like that but it had some good technical elements (gravity, wind, etc.). It was developed by Rebellion, who are known for action-oriented games. Surprisingly, it was by published Namco!

Good sniper game? I wasn't aware such a thing could exist. Good sniper level or class in a multiplayer game, sure. Good entire game? No.

But seriously, I'm not really a huge fan of sniping in most games, but I could see a sniper game actually being good.  I can see it requiring a lot of patience, and it wouldn't be for everyone, but I could actually see the strategy and everything involved being pretty fun.
