Okay, I'm helping my little nephew with a school project. For a business class or something. Yeah, because 7th graders need business classes apparently. Anyway, he has to make a survey for his customers of whatever business he chooses. We chose Blizzard technical support, because he likes WoW. See, he is Blizzard, he has to ask questions like....
1. Was the response time of the Blizzard technical support team satisfactory?
On a scale of 1 to 5..blah blah blah.
2. Overall, how would you rate your experience with the Blizzard technical support team?
Stuff like that. The problem is, I suck at this stuff, so we are asking you guys for help. We need 7-10 questions for this thing. Can you guys come up with some. We have those two so far.
