worth it for gunstar heroes alone. The interface is pretty great, too.
That looks like the DRM Version (which I own already from them - b/c no DRM is listed).
This is the
STEAM Version.EDIT:
Worth noting - Idol gifted me Steam version of VF2 (Genesis), which is part of the Sega Genesis Classics Collection [which is an emulator program you get when you buy ONE game that is part of this collection]. For those who don't know - each game shows up listed as DLC via Steam (when you activate a Steam version of any games in the Collection).
I later bought DRM-FREE from Amazon DVG their Sega Genesis Classics Pack (Series 1-5). When I installed the DRM-FREE version from Amazon DVG, b/c I installed Steam version already (from Idol's VF2 Steam gift), I accidentally installed all of that right into the Steam version's folder. And yes, all 50 games are there in the Emulator and work! Though, b/c the rest wasn't activated via Steam - the other 49 games aren't showing up in Steam's DLC List.
I also bought the Sonic Action Pack (Mixed DRM) from Amazon DVG during BF Sales - and many of those old Sonic Genesis Games also go directly right into the Sega Genesis Classics Emulator (that would be Sonic 1, 2, 3 + Knuckles, Spinball, 3D Blast). My DRM-FREE versions of those install right into the Steam version of the Sega Genesis Classics, if you want them to.
{If you go DRM-FREE on any of the Sega Genesis Classics - you could install any of those Sega Classics elsewhere, away from Steam folder, obviously}.
