It's an EA-published game.
Pretty much, most EA games now retail for $60 USD for PC and consoles upon their first release.

Bulletstorm is apparently not out here "officially." The copy I got was from a private retailer who imports from the US. All other shops here generally import from Europe or Asia exclusively.
