Fallout: New Vegas - Buy a set of Fallout coasters (effectively a 5 dollar preorder), and get a 15 dollar off coupon to be used on the game upon release
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 for PS3 - 29.99
Obviously these deals are going to be mainly console-centered. I can't remember the last time I saw a PC game for sale in K-mart. But K-mart is really trying to bring it with these deals.
