Very interesting video, "how to be alone." Thought I'd share.

She has a very calm voice. Relaxing.

All her points on "How to be alone" are great. They're pretty much exactly what I did when I was relatively isolated in Canada at times (around 2006). I learned a heck of a lot about myself then; my capabilities and my limitations, it was pleasantly surprising at times.
